Scene Description

Investigators determined that an unknown individual or individuals gained unauthorized access to both the laboratory wing (Building C) and the executive office building (Building A) of the NexaGen campus.

Initial assessment indicates:

  • No forced entry at any access point
  • Electronic security systems experienced failures during the incident window
  • Building access logs show no unauthorized entries
  • Security camera footage shows no anomalies (under forensic review)
  • Six security personnel were confined to a break room due to simultaneous keycard system failures

Reported Theft

NexaGen representatives have reported the theft of:

  • Computer data of unspecified nature and volume
  • Laboratory materials including controlled pharmaceutical compounds

The company is cooperating with investigators to provide a complete inventory of missing items. Due to the involvement of controlled substances, the Drug Enforcement Administration has been notified.

Witness Statement

One potential witness, a NexaGen employee working late in an adjacent building, reported observing an individual on the campus grounds at approximately 04:15 hours. The witness described the individual as "average height, wearing dark clothing." Lighting conditions and distance prevented a more detailed description.

The FBI Joint Task Force investigating incidents attributed to the individual known as "TerrorByte" has been briefed on this case. The method of entry and security system compromise share characteristics with previous incidents under federal investigation.
